For experienced industry professionals

You already have half a startup.

You know a problem worth solving and the people who would use the fix. We bring the team that designs, builds and runs the software, and you co-own what we create.

You bring
  • Industry know-how
  • A real problem
  • First customers
We bring
  • Product development
  • AI & engineering
  • Build & maintain

Build it together. Own it together.

Know a better way to get things done in your industry?

The best starting points usually come from people who live with the problem every week. Any of these could be the start of a product.

  • Simplify a workflow

The process that takes six steps, three tools and a reminder email.

  • Automate repetitive work

Checks, matching and data entry that people repeat every day.

  • Replace a costly workaround

The spreadsheet everyone depends on and nobody wants to touch.

  • Create something new

A tool your industry keeps asking for and nobody has built well.

How a partnership works

From a conversation to a product you co-own.

  1. Start a conversation

Tell us your industry, your role and where the first users might be. A rough idea is enough.

  2. Assess it together

We look at the problem, who would pay for a solution and what it would take to build. Early conversations with potential customers help us decide together, before anyone commits.

  3. Agree the terms

Ownership, costs and responsibilities are agreed in writing before development starts.

  4. Build and launch

We design, build and maintain the product. You guide it and help open doors to first customers.

You co-own what we build.

This is a partnership, not a development contract. Each side holds a real stake in the product.

There is no fixed formula. The split, costs and responsibilities depend on what each partner contributes, and we agree them with you before building.

Questions you might have

Do I need a technical background?

No. You bring knowledge of the industry and the problem. Product design, AI, engineering and maintenance come from our team.

How developed does my idea need to be?

Not very. A clear problem and a sense of who would use the solution is a good start. We shape the product together during the assessment.

How are ownership and costs decided?

Case by case. Ownership, costs and responsibilities depend on what each partner contributes, and we agree them in writing before any development starts.

Could my own company be the first customer?

It could. Many useful tools start inside one team. Anything involving your employer would need their agreement, and we can discuss how to approach that in the first conversation.

What do you need from me after launch?

Guidance on where the product should go next and help reaching customers in your industry. We look after the software, including updates and maintenance.
